A bench for two. The A2 is a two person bench made in quarter-sawn maple and paper-cord. Handcrafted in Copenhagen Denmark in 2016. inspired by the city living culture in København, where apartments are relatively small and multifunctional furniture is necessary. The A2 bench celebrates classic Scandinavian cabinetmaking traditions, including wooden joinery and paper-cord weaving. Although the A2 is minimalist, and contemporary in appearance, it credits the importance and integrity of tradition.
